Spreadsheets for record keeping

It’s not always necessary to purchase and install complicated accounting package programs when starting up a business. Sometimes a simple Microsoft Excel spreadsheet can be more suitable, particularly with sole traders and small businesses.

Below are two (2) types of business spreadsheets you can download and use for your business. These spreadsheets can assist in lodging BAS, budgeting and keeping track of company income and expenditure. Simply follow the instructions on the spreadsheets and you can input income and expenditure detail as required.

Please use the Business Income & Expenses Workbook GST if you are registered for GST, and the Business Income & Expenses Workbook NO GST if you are NOT registered for GST.
